To Establish a New Company

    Tthe Polish law allows
foreigners to own companies and invest in Poland. And as it is well known to
all, that there are different types of companies, individual companies,
recommend simple companies, and shareholding companies.

DAMAS-CO, is willing to
achieve all procedures for establishment of companies, and issues of commercial
certificates, where it is done through the company\\\'s accountant in Poland Who
attends regularly to our office to prepare the papers and processing of the
registration of the company.

Q: Are there any restrictions
about citizenship?

A: Investment in Poland is
available to all nationalities without discrimination.

Q: What are the papers
required for opening a company?

A: It is known to all that the
technological advances in Poland, along with simpler procedures in all steps of
life there, and it is what the accession place between the advanced nations of
the world in terms of the evolution of the administrative system and the
economic , And therefore the required papers are:

1) Signature Form, it shows the
name of owner / owners of the company (if more than one partner)

The owner should suggest three
names for the company to choose one among them - excluding any name that can be
similar to another company located in Poland - and determine the type of
company\\\'s activity, then select partner Commissioner of the signing of the
official papers of the company.

2) Photo copy for owners

Q: How much will the
commercial certificate cost?

A: The cost of the license is
about a few thousands of USD, and this cost includes all expenses for company registration fees and

Q: What is the duration of the
commercial certificate ?

A: According to the Polish
system, the commercial certificate does not need to renew its validity
annually. But it remains valid until the license holder submits a request to
stop the activity.

takes about six weeks - in normal circumstances – to be issued

Q: Am I allowed to enter Poland and stay
in after I get the commercial certificate?

A: to obtain a commercial
certificate or even having a property in Poland,
does not allow anyone to enter or reside in Poland automatically,

Well, it is a different matter
here, as it is allowed according to the law, for only serious investors.

The meaning is that the Polish
authorities must ensure of the seriousness of the company, And it has to be
active and effective one year after the company's activity and make the first
payment Adoption tax and taxes on its net profits, and then will have the right
in this case to claim for permanent residence, according to the law. 

The other, it allows only a
temporary visa to enter Poland
for market researches or contacts with Polish companies ,  or Polish agents.

** Visa to enter Sweden is given
according to the Polish embassy\\\'s regulations.

Q: What is the ratio of taxes
on companies in Poland?

A: The value of taxes owed by
the company's activity is within the limits of 20% - 30%

On the net profits, after
deducting all expenses necessary to achieve revenue such as: rent - wages -
commissions - shipping and transportation -....... etc.

Q: What is the value of customs
on goods in Poland?

A: The customs in Sweden varies
from 0% - 12% By product, and some products completely exempted from customs,
for instance furniture.

Q: What kind of companies are
required in Poland?

A: This question has two
different sides,  

* The first: It is the nature
of these companies, and also the above types of companies in Poland is like
all the nations of the world: companies individually - a recommendation -
Solidarity - contribution.

** It should be noted that
stock companies governed by the law in terms of identifying a minimum of
capital, also require the announcement of its annual budget.
